Chicago Bears loss to Green Bay Packers solidifies 2022 identityJordan Campbellon September 19, 2022 at 6:35 pm

The Chicago Bears had the opportunity on Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers to provide a legitimate data sample as to the type of team they will be in the first year under rookie head coach Matt Eberflus and rookie general manager Ryan Poles.

Sure, the Bears technically have a victory on the season. The Bears won their season-opening tilt against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1 despite being dominated in every facet of the game.

The Bears’ embarrassment against the Green Bay Packers has confirmed the idea that the monsoon-like weather conditions in Week 1 were the team’s MVP in their victory over the 49ers and that the team has a general lack of talent.

Entering the season, the Bears only had four legitimately talented players that have the potential to make a difference in games. Those players are quarterback Justin Fields, running back David Montgomery, wide receiver Darnell Mooney, and linebacker Roquan Smith.

Montgomery is the only one out of that group that showed up on Sunday night. He carved the Packers’ defense up as he rushed for 122 yards on 15 carries.

Fields, at the quarterback position, is considered a bright spot for the Bears in regard to their future but he first will need to put together consistent stretches of competent quarterback play this season.

Field’s play on Sunday night was not competent and if that is the inconsistency that is displayed for the entire season, the Bears will need to seriously evaluate the direction of their quarterback position heading into 2023.

The Green Bay Packers solidified the 2022 Chicago Bears’ identity on Sunday.

2022 was meant to be the season that wide receiver Darnell Mooney proved to be a legitimate No.1 wide receiver in the NFL.

Two games into the season and Mooney has only proved that there is a wide gap between being the No.1 wide receiver during practice and being a No.1 wide receiver in actual games. Mooney has a total of four receiving yards on two receptions during the Bears’ first two games this season.

Unlike Mooney, Smith was actually visible on the field during Sunday’s loss to the Packers but he was often seen being carried by Packers’ ball carriers as they were advancing for a first down.

Once again, the Packers exposed the ugly truth of the Chicago Bears. The truth is that the Bears are not a talented football team and have constructed a roster that is littered with quality special teams players but not much after that.

WATCH: Justin Fields hammered by Bears Twitter over ‘fan’ quote

Chicago Bears fans took Justin Fields’ comments out of context

Justin Fields and his Chicago Bears teammates were disappointed after losing in Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers. The locker room should have been dour. The offense looked awful in passing the game. The defense was gashed by the Packers’ rushing attack.

After the game, Fields addressed the media to talk about the game. Fields was asked if the loss stung more to Fields because of the Bears/Packers rivalry and what it means to the fans. Fields answered that the hurt impacted him more directly by his and his teammate’s feelings than with fans.

“It hurts more in the locker room than to Bears fans,” Fields said. I mean, at the end of the day, they’re not putting [in] any work. I see the guys in the locker room every day. I see how much work they put in.”

The fuck!? This loss hurts for Bears fans just as much as the players. Players come and go, Fans are here forever. We put in the work watching a crumb bum franchise that has given us NOTHING in 37 years. We buy your jerseys, we put the butts in the stands. You’re on thin ice pal https://t.co/dqiunBytqX

Justin Fields didn’t articulate himself well as an ambassador of the Bears. The comments come off tone-deaf after a deflating loss to the Packers. Public relations is a significant duty of a first-round quarterback pick. Not surprising Bears Twitter was not happy with Fields’ comments. They took his quote as an insult to Bears fans who pride themselves in cheering for their team.

Understand the point, but this is a city starved for football success. You don’t want to undermine their sadness. Fans pay the salaries, and drive up endorsement interest so athletes can get sponsorships. You don’t need to say this out loud, especially after a loss to GB. https://t.co/lDborZP2ju

Not a good look when you’re struggling https://t.co/HTPO8MGFJF

Wow Justin Fields … a Loser
Who sucks at football also
7 and 8 Completed passes in 2 games 🤮 @justnfields Stinks but thinks he is good
Now he takes shots at #Bears fans
What a Bum https://t.co/rxFIcTYh7F

It’s time we talk about the emotional labor involved with being a sports fan https://t.co/0sFGV3gGoh

Justin Fields foolishly goes after the fans following a bad lossVincent Pariseon September 19, 2022 at 5:28 pm

The Chicago Bears are expecting a lot from Justin Fields. He was an elite quarterback prospect when he was at Ohio State University and that is why he was a first-round draft pick in the National Football League.

The Bears need him to be elite in order to take a step as a franchise. Unfortunately, he hasn’t been all that great so far and it is starting to show on the field. Eventually, he is going to stop getting passes from people for “being young”.

He wasn’t very good on Sunday night against the rival Green Bay Packers. Of course, you are going to take criticism when that happens. Especially when all of the other young quarterbacks in the league are taking steps and the Bears play 1980s-style football in 2022.

Now, while struggling on the field, he comes out after the game and makes some tone-deaf misguided comments about the fans.

Justin Fields made some terrible comments about the Chicago Bears fans.

This is a bad, bad take. Not here for this slander. pic.twitter.com/J5dg9n7kBJ

— Alyssa Bergamini (@AlyssaBergamini) September 19, 2022

“It hurts more in the locker room than for Bears fans… they aren’t putting in any work”

That is a disgusting thing for Fields to say at this point. He is right about fans not putting in the work that they do but he is dead wrong for saying that it doesn’t hurt the fans just as much. These guys are worried about their careers while the Bears fans are worried about their team.

Fans have been through a lot for this franchise. They have dealt with a lot of garbage over the years including at the quarterback position. Now, after looking like he might not be the guy, he comes out and says this stuff. It isn’t a smart move.

Now, Justin Fields needs to learn from this while not taking shots at fans. They pay lots of money to go to a bad stadium to see a bad team. To say that this team is a joke doesn’t hurt them as much as it does the players is flat-out wrong.

There is going to be negative backlash for this but Fields seems to know how to deal with this stuff. If he can go out and beat the Houston Texans and look good while doing it, this will all be forgotten.

Former ref Fitzgerald to head NBA’s replay centeron September 19, 2022 at 5:25 pm

The NBA Replay Center has a new leader.

Kane Fitzgerald, who spent 13 years working as an NBA referee, has been announced as the league’s new vice president of referee operations and replay center principal. He’s replacing another former referee in Jason Phillips, who left the job after three years.

The 41-year-old Fitzgerald officially started his new job Sunday at the opening of the league’s annual preseason referee meetings.

“I’ve always kind of been excited about new challenges, and it’s a rare opportunity that you can come off the floor as a referee and find a position in the NBA of this magnitude,” Fitzgerald said. “I’m excited about the challenge, something new, something different, seeing if I can grow into the role and being as successful as I was on the floor.”

Fitzgerald worked his way up the ranks steadily throughout his on-court career. At 18, he was officiating high school games in his native New Jersey, introduced to the job by his father – who has been a referee for 49 years and is still working games.

From there, Fitzgerald did stints at the college level – the Big South, Atlantic Sun and Ohio Valley conferences – before two years in the WNBA and four more in the G League. He was picked to work four NBA Finals games, the last of those coming this past season in the Boston-Golden State series.

At that time, he had no idea this opportunity would present itself.

“Kane’s broad experience and distinguished record as an NBA official make him well suited to oversee our efforts to maintain the highest of standards for the NBA Replay Center,” said Byron Spruell, the NBA’s President for League Operations. “We are fortunate that he will bring his skills and expertise to such an important leadership position.”

In his new role, Fitzgerald will oversee the day-to-day operations of the NBA Replay Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. He also will be involved with referee operations in ways such as creating training videos and interpreting the rules of the game for officials, teams, broadcasters and media.

The move allows Fitzgerald to have a more normal schedule with his family. The work will remain demanding and travel will still be involved – his home is in Florida now, the job is in New Jersey – but not officiating 50 or more games a year will bring a better work-life balance.

“I’ve probably had Christmas on Christmas Day maybe five out of the last 17 years,” Fitzgerald said. “And last year was the first year I was ever home for Thanksgiving. So, there will be some very positive changes for the family with this schedule.”

Bears QB Justin Fields admits offense not under his control

The Chicago Bears offense isn’t Justin Fields’ offense

Heavy rain that pounded Soldier Field in Week 1 has been the most help Quarterback Justin Fields has had since he played at Ohio State. This “revamped” Chicago Bears offensive talent, without severe weather conditions, managed to eke out 10 points in their loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 2. The Bears’ passing game was abysmal. Fields attempted 11 passes. He finished with 70 yards passing. This offensive unit is not built for Fields.

An emphasis on running the ball was an expected feature of Luke Getsy’s offense before the season. The Bears did well utilizing the rushing game in the outside-zone running scheme against the Packers. Running back David Montgomery finished the game with 122 yards rushing. But the Bears had no passing attack that could engineer an efficient come-from-behind offense when the team got down big in the first half.

Justin Fields emphasizes his role in the offense

Jusin Fields appeared frustrated with the offense’s overall performance in his post-game press conference. Fields said that offensive coordinator Luke Getsy articulated to the offense that they planned to run it down the Packers’ throats. He mentioned multiple times that the offensive game plan was not under his control but by Getsy.

“My job isn’t to call the plays,” Fields said. “My job is to execute the play that’s given to me the best I can. So yeah.” He was later asked if he wanted to throw the ball more.

“Of course. I’m a competitor, you know. So yeah. Of course, my job is to run the play that’s given to me the best that I can,” Fields said. So I don’t control any of that.”

Fields was then asked how the Bears could get Mooney, who has four yards through two games this season, the ball more in their passing attack. Fields again answered that it was out of his authority as the franchise’s quarterback to decide what play is run but that Mooney could be more prominent in the offense at Getsy’s discretion.

“Call plays to get him the ball, but again that’s not our job,” Fields said. “Our job is to get a play called and run it to the best of our abilities.”

What passing game does Justin Fields have?

Justin Fields was obviously hinting that he wants to be featured more in the Bears offense. But the Bears’ new regime doesn’t want to put the ball in his hands to make a play. The Dallas Cowboys trusted backup quarterback Cooper Rush to throw the ball 20 more times than Fields in Week 2.

Fields was asked by a reporter what was wrong with the passing game. Fields said he wasn’t sure what was missing in the passing game. But one can wonder what passing game the reporter would be referring to after  11 attempts through the air.

His “number one” wide receiver has caught two passes this season. Mooney struggled to get separation in most of the game against the Packers. Fields featured tight end Cole Kmet has a stat sheet that reads all zeros except for his two targets on the year. Kmet dropped the only target he had against the Packers. (Wasn’t this supposed to be Kmet’s “breakthough” year three?)

Either the Bears’ new regime does not trust Fields, or they realize their talent around him is too inept at complimenting his abilities in the passing game this season. There’s no other explanation for an 11-attempt 70-yard passing attack in a game where the Bears offense trailed the Packers by double digits for three quarters.

The Bears’ offensive line can’t pass block, and their wide receivers can’t get separation in the routes Getsy has designed. This is the result of an offensive roster general manager Ryan Poles felt was acceptable to put on an NFL field this season. The national media has pointed out all offseason that the Bears didn’t set up Fields for success.

Fields openly admits he isn’t getting his way in the new Bears offense right now. Will Poles and new head coach Matt Eberflus listen, or are they making plans for the Bears’ future without Justin Fields?

This Chicago Bears player was really bad on Sunday nightVincent Pariseon September 19, 2022 at 4:47 pm

The Chicago Bears were destroyed by the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night. It was a bad performance by pretty much everyone and Aaron Rodgers got to improve his record against the Bears to 24-5. It is embarrassing at this point.

There were a lot of players that underperformed based on their standards but one guy sticks out above the rest in a negative way. Roquan Smith was the big story during the offseason as he was dealing with contract-related stuff.

He wants to be amongst the highest-paid linebackers in the NFL. He is a self-represented player that ended up joining the team despite not getting an extension done. There are a few things that Roquan needs to realize as soon as possible.

The first thing is that he would be better off with an agent. Self-representing isn’t common in sports and it is hard to see him maximizing his money-making opportunity without an agent to rely on.

The Chicago Bears did not get a good game from Roquan Smith on Sunday.

The next reason is that linebacker isn’t a premier position in the NFL anymore. It is not what it used to be in terms of impact because of the fact that it is a passing league.

Obviously, a quarterback, an edge rusher, a left tackle, the defensive backfield, and a wide receiver are all more important in modern football.

The last thing is that Smith needs to be much better than he was on Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers. He had a fair amount of tackles but a lot of it was him chasing people down that had him beat.

The Packers were able to run all over the Bears with both Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon. It was a bad showing for the Bears’ defense and that is where Smith needs to make his money. If he plays like he did on Sunday all season long, he isn’t going to make nearly what he thought.

Of course, Roquan Smith isn’t surrounded by much help so you can’t fully be mad at him for the way that he played. He is the best player on the defense which is a problem because having a linebacker as your best defensive player is a recipe for disaster.

He needs more help so we will evaluate him further when he gets it but you can’t be a guy that needs help and expect to be paid like that.

It also doesn’t help that the offense was a joke once again leaving the defense on the field for most of the game. Also, that quarterback on the other side is pretty good.

At the end of the day, Roquan Smith needs to be better. He will be but it makes it worse after how the summer went and who the opponent is. With the Houston Texans coming to town, he has a chance to redeem himself on Sunday.

Watch: Bears’ Sam Mustipher gets tossed like a tackling dummy in pass protection

Sam Mustipher needs to be benched as soon as possible, before he gets Justin Fields hurt

Inexplicably the Bears are using a rotation at right guard of Lucas Patrick and Teven Jenkins while keeping Sam Mustipher at center.  The move seems to be designed to get Patrick thudded up and ready for game speed when he’s ready to return to his starting center position.

Meanwhile, Sam Mustipher continues to be a massive liability at the center spot, and it couldn’t be any more obvious in this play as Kenny Pickett tosses Mustipher aside like a beanbag in this rip move.

Patrick as well gets destroyed by his rusher in this clip, highlighting why the Bears are likely not getting their passing attack going when the pocket is getting destroyed in front of Justin Fields.  Certainly this type of play happens to everyone at one time or another, but it seems to happen to Mustipher more times than should be acceptable for a starting center.

The Bears need to hope that Patrick gets healthy soon so that they can keep Jenkins at right guard permanently or just keep him there anyway.  Jenkins has shown already that he’s going to be a junkyard dog at the right guard spot and moving him in and out only disrupts his play and the overall performance of the offensive line.

The move of having Jenkins rotate is a very unorthodox move that looks like an early failure of leadership and coaching from Matt Eberflus.  The Bears need power on the interior and they need to ensure Fields has a clean pocket to throw from.  Sam Mustipher doesn’t afford that and Jenkins does and it’s time for the Bears to do everything possible to get Sam Mustipher off the field.

It’s more than obvious to anyone with even the most untrained eye, that Sam Mustipher is a liability.  The Bears need to give Justin Fields the best chance to succeed and they’re not doing so.  Teven Jenkins should be starting every snap from now on to at least solidify one position on the interior of the offensive line.

Chaturbate Review: Everything You Need To Know (2022)

Chaturbate is an adult website that specializes in live cams. It’s become by far one of the biggest cam sites, and people love it for its interactive nature.

In fact, according to website traffic calculator similarweb, Chaturbate is the 5th most popular adult site and 57th most popular site in the entire world. Chaturbate clearly has its fans!

But is Chaturbate for everyone? That depends! It’s different from your average porn site, and it may not be everyone’s thing.

This article will cover what exactly Chaturbate is, how it works, and what makes it stand out from the rest of the pack. So, read on to learn more about Chaturbate and why it’s one of the best adult live cam sites around!

Pros

User base of millionsFree to watch (until shows go private)Great amateur contentActive and eager-to-please modelsOpen-minded vibe

Cons

Some streams may lack high production valueSome streams may be choppyThe chat can be annoying (but you can hide it)You have to pay up for private shows

How Does Chaturbate Work?

The name Chaturbate should give you a decent idea into how it works. It’s combining the words “chat” and “masturbate,” meaning that it’s all about amateur cam models getting off while people (like you) watch and chat.

In this way, Chaturbate is very much about an interactive experience, and this is no doubt one of the reasons why it’s become so successful. People enjoy talking directly to models, tipping them to see the content they want, and even tipping to stimulate the sex toys that the model is using (known as “teledildonics,” technically).

While you can see a lot for free, Chaturbate’s whole structure is designed around tipping. Tipping certain amounts will unlock various acts—as specified by the model—and you can also buy a pass for the private show (which models usually work up to).

What’s It Like Using Chaturbate For Free?

Chaturbate isn’t half bad as a free site. You can browse around freely, and there are so many active users that it shouldn’t be too hard to find something you’re into.

There are many users as well who will show full nudity, masturbate, and even perform sexual acts while doing a free show.

Once the show moves to private, however, you’ll have to pay up to see. In this way, Chaturbate is somewhat limited if you’re not trying to spend any money.

What Makes Chaturbate a Top Site?

Chaturbate has a lot of things going for it. Here are just a few of them.

A huge community – As the 5th most popular adult site online, Chaturbate attracts a huge userbase of both models and viewers. You can count on all kinds of variety thanks to the massive number of cammers. Exclusively amateur content – If you’re into amateur content, Chaturbate is definitely worth checking out as it’s 100% amateurs all the time. Fun, sexy models – Chaturbate has all kinds of unique models on it. It can be a breath of fresh air to see all kinds of amateurs from all around the world. You also have the chance to chat with them and get a better sense of their personality than you do from traditional porn. Lots to see for free – While you have to pay up for private videos and to get models to get dirtier, lurkers can generally still see a lot for free. Although this goes against the site’s operational model, you don’t need to be rolling in the dough to still enjoy Chaturbate.Variety – On Chaturbate, you’ll find models performing solo, you’ll find couples, and you’ll even find threesomes and group sex. There’s straight content, gay content, trans content—just about anything you’re into you can find on Chaturbate with no problem.

What Are Chaturbate’s Downsides?

There isn’t a whole lot to complain about with Chaturbate. Overall, it’s a well-run site with a lot to offer.

That said, there are a few small issues, ones that are mainly linked to the fact that it’s livestreamed content.

For example, depending on the streamer’s internet connection and your own, you may end up with choppy video, which can really kill the vibe.

Depending on the cammer’s set-up, you will come across more amateur-ish and more legit production value. If this is important to you, you’ll simply want to stick to the more professional-quality models.

Finally, some people in the chat can be really obnoxious and the chat can generally be distracting. It’s part of the whole Chaturbate thing—consider the name, for example—but you may personally find that you’re better off without it. Luckily, you can increase the size of the livestream and just about get rid of the chat entirely.

Is Chaturbate Legit?

Chaturbate is definitely a legitimate site. It’s become one of the world’s most popular adult sites, and tens of thousands of cam models are using it every single day.

There may be a few bad actors here and there, e.g. people who promise something for a certain tip but then don’t deliver, but these people are few and far between. Why? Because people will stop watching those cammers who are dishonest about what they’re willing to do.

Last Thoughts on ChaturbateChaturbate has become one of the most popular adult sites for good reason. It’s a fun and different way to engage with adult content. There are tens of thousands of cammers and since it’s a global site you can count on people being online 24/7.

To fully unlock Chaturbate, you’ll need to shell out for tokens, but you can still enjoy the site without them.

All in all, Chaturbate has quickly captured the market share of the livestreaming adult content niche, and it doesn’t appear to be going away anytime soon.

FAQ

What Is Chaturbate?

Chaturbate is a popular adult site that focuses on livestreamed content from amateurs. Viewers can chat with models and tip them to unlock certain acts as well as stay tuned in once the video goes private.

How Does Chaturbate Work?

Chaturbate is based on a tipping system. Users pay for tokens, then distribute these to models however they want. It is free to watch on Chaturbate, but models generally engage in more sexual content the more tips they receive. Plus, it is usually required to spend tokens in order to watch the private livestream.

How Much Do Tokens Cost on Chaturbate? Here is the current breakdown of how much tokens cost on Chaturbate.

100 tokens = $10.99200 tokens = $20.99500 tokens = $44.99750 tokens = $62.991,000 tokens = $79.99

As you can see, you get a better rate per token the more you buy, from $0.11 per token down to $0.08 per token.

How Is Chaturbate Different from Pornhub?

Pornhub features mainly traditional porn videos. In other words, these are videos that are uploaded and then watched any time (the fancy term is “asynchronously”). Chaturbate, on the other hand, only features live streamed videos. In general, these are webcams used by models who chat with viewers while they engage in sexy behavior.
