Stay On-Track With Your Resolutions Using These Products
It’s been a little over two weeks within in the new year and many have already fell off of their resolutions. Adjusting your habits can be a challenge. That’s why I headed over to WGN’s Daytime Chicago to share a few products that can help maintain your resolutions.
A large majority of people, including myself, are desperately trying to lose their pandemic pounds and have put a focus on getting healthier and more fit in the new year. Balanced Body’s MOTR & Noom are great options to help stay on-track.
BALANCED BODY’S MOTR
Developed by Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast Darya Bronston, MOTR’s innovative design allows you to work out in eight different body positions, and quickly level up – or down – resistance while targeting specific muscle groups. It is a self-contained full body training system weighing in at just 33lbs. With an integrated carrying strap, MOTR goes wherever you go to workout!
Exercise tracks include balance, core, agility, upper body, lower body, standing, plank and more. Pre and post training, use the padded tube for fascia release work (like a foam roller.) All MOTR components conveniently store inside the roller tube when not in use. It’s really great for those at-home workouts!

The pandemic has many households keeping better track of their finances. The next two apps are going to you form better habits financially.
UNEST
UNest is a an app empowering parents to invest and save for their kids’ future. This money can be UNest has helped thousands of families give their children a financial head-start and road map. The money can be used for anything– a laptop, swim lessons, a car, education, or even for a future down payment on a home. There’s no paperwork involved and it only takes five minutes to open an account.
It’s manageable from your phone and all members have access to a variety of investment options based on their personal needs. Some other perks include an educational component to answer questions, there’s also potential to earn money with participating brands, and a gifting feature which allows friends and family to easily contribute to a child’s account for holidays and special occasions.
TALLY
Tally is a popular credit card debit pay off app making tackling and paying off your credit debt easier and faster. How it works: Download the app, and securely add your credit cards. They’ll do a credit check, which won’t impact your score, to see if you’re eligible for their low-interest line of credit. Typically, a 580 FICO score is needed.
If eligible, they’ll offer you a low-interest line of credit — customized to save you as much money as possible. Just like wholesale retailers (think: Costco), they find the low rates and pass the savings to you. Tally also saves you money on interest and late fees. The app is available on iPhone and Android.
These are a few options that I think are great to help you reach your goals this year. Comment below and let me know what are some useful apps or ways that you’ve been maintaining your resolutions.
