This two-day event is open to all Chicagoland residents, entrepreneurs, and small business owners and is free to attend. Join us at the UIC Forum on Friday, September 30 for the Financial Service Career Fair and on Saturday, October 1 for the Financial Empowerment Summit to improve your financial knowledge, kick start the next step in your education or career, and take the reins of your future.

The Financial Empowerment Summit is a free, in-person event open to all Chicago residents, small business owners, and entrepreneurs who are looking to empower themselves, learn about current trends within the financial services industry, and rev up their financial future. Throughout the day you’ll be able to meet with financial service industry professionals, attend financial planning seminars and workshops, and learn from guest speakers including Daymond John from ABC’s “Shark Tank” and Bill Rancic, NBC’s first “Apprentice” winner. You can also get personalized advice on improving FICO scores and reducing debt from the Hope Inside initiative, which offers free credit and money management resources to all Chicagoans. In addition, you can visit the Financial Empowerment Exhibit Hall, which features more than 50 financial organizations, products, and services.
