‘Pie house’ in Deerfield, featuring 3-foot-wide wall on tiny suburban lot, lists for $300,000

A pie-wedge-shaped, two-bedroom house that sits on a small and oddly shaped lot near downtown Deerfield is available for just under $300,000.
Built in 2003 and known locally as the “pie house,” the home presaged the tiny house movement, although at a size of 1,122 square feet, it is technically larger than the 1,000-square-foot maximum size generally considered to be a tiny house.
