A 22-year-old man was killed in a shooting Monday in East Garfield Park.

He was outside about 4 p.m. in the 300 block of North Central Park Avenue when someone opened fire from a light-colored vehicle, Chicago police said.

The man was shot in the neck and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead Tuesday at 5:40 a.m., police said.

He was identified as Kyriyon Ratliff, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy ruled his death a homicide.

No arrests have been reported. Area Four detectives are investigating.
