We often hear of judges legislating from the bench, but Cook County Judge James Shapiro has now decided that Rebecca Firlit is no longer fit to be a parent because she has not been vaccinated, thus deciding to practice medicine from the bench.

Understand that it was not the father who brought this complaint. Apparently, Judge (and now a doctor) Shapiro apparently acted on his own, with no prompting, to declare the Firlit unfit due to not being vaccinated against Covid-19. Firlit has not taken the jab, because, like many, she has had a bad reaction to previous vaccines.

No matter.

Overlord, Judge Shapiro has denied Firlit her rights as a parent. If you haven’t questioned the medical tyranny that is unfolding every day it is time you start.

Today, Judge Shapiro is denying custody over a dangerous shot (over 12,000 have died in the US and nearly a half-million adverse advents) and tomorrow some hapless parent might have parental rights revoked due to buying a bag of Cheetos or slicing into a thick steak, or — God forbid– using the wrong salad dressing.

This is the old face of tyranny.
