Eerie ghost stories include a depthless hole where the devil lurks, a romantic rendezvous interrupted by a frightening specter, countless unnerving sightings of shadow people, a hallway where employees refuse to walk at night, and the sweet spirit of the late NFL great Walter Payton, who loves to watch guests enjoying the Roundhouse entertainment complex that is his legacy. This 1-1/2 hour lantern-guided ghost tour inside Aurora’s Two Brothers Roundhouse is hosted by Diane Ladley, “America’s Ghost Storyteller”, and includes an opportunity for ghost tour guests to participate in a paranormal investigation in an attempt to determine if there is indeed life AFTER the end of the line in Aurora, Illinois.

The entire Luchador barrel-aged series officially releases Saturday, November 20th. There’s three ways to join in on the Luchador showdown this year: Pre-order your bottles for pickup, join us for a Luchador series tasting, or come in for tacos y luchadores on draft.
PRE-SALE. Starting Wednesday, Nov 3rd at Noon, all bottles will be available for pre-order pickup on our release day, Nov 20th. Bottles will be sold via OZNR app. Bottle limits per person vary by Luchador. Pre-orders close at 11PM Nov 16th and pick up times will be chosen on Wednesday, Nov 17th.
TASTINGS. Taste through a flight of 2021 Luchadores with our Head Brewer Jacob Sembrano. Tastings will take place in our second floor Taproom on release day, 11/20. Purchase your tickets via OZNR starting at Noon 11/3:
$35 per person – 11am, 1pm, 3pm sessions
2oz tasting portions of each Luchador will be provided, along with snacks and a Luchador glass to take home.
Important! If you join us for a tasting, you will have an option to buy bottles on-site. Same bottle limits apply.
TACOS y LUCHADORES. All the Luchadores will be available on draft at our brewpub! Come on over to enjoy a glass with our tacos. A limited selection and quantity of bottles will be available to-go for those who just want to grab a table — you will need to purchase through your server, at a table. Lines will not be formed.
Tables are first come, first serve. Reservations are open after 4pm 11/20.

3. Rasbonaut – Raspberry Lemonade Kettle Sour. Kettle Sour Dry Hopped with Lemondrop and Huell Mellon. Conditioned with Raspberry Puree. The first variation of our Kettle Sour, reminiscent of pink lemonade. Pairs perfectly with life and space travel. 3.9% abv. 8 IBU
4. 10 Second Hug – DDH IPA w. Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria. Double Dry Hopped IPA with aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, bursting with flavor while finishing clean with a balanced bitterness. Like the embrace of a perfectly timed hug, best enjoyed with friends and family. 6.0% abv. 40 IBU
5. Flitterwochen – Kölsch-Style Ale. Light fruit and bready malt, finishes crisp and clean with a moderate bitterness, begging for your next sip. For the ultimate experience, ask for it in our traditional 7 oz. stange glass. Prost! 5.1% abv. 23 IBU
6. Editorial Slant – Golden Ale. Clean and refreshing, like a spirited debate. A straight forward, easy drinking beer for all occasions. 5.5% abv. 12 IBU

It quickly became the Instagram inquiry that sent shockwaves throughout craft beer, subsequently inspiring a BEVOLUTION. And following that, Brave Noise, a beer collab and initiative advocating for a safe and discrimination-free beer industry was launched across the country.
Brienne Allan, Jen Blair, Ash Eliot, and Ren Navarro virtually join us at Pilot Project Brewing for a conversation about the origins of her question, the progress made in the industry thus far, and the changes we need to see happen. Moderated by Jessica Infante.
