For the Chicago Bears, 2020 is a unique year. If the team manages to have a winning season, they’ll be in a position where general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy will return for 2021. That would mean that the current Bears brass would know what needs would have to be addressed next offseason. But if Pace and Nagy get fired, then a new regime will be tasked with turning the Bears into winners.
