Beetroot

Beetroot

I’ll bet you didn’t know that “Beetroot” is KitchenAid’s (R) color of the year. And I’ll also venture to guess that you aren’t yet aware that Stan’s Donuts & Coffee (online at Goldbelly) is selling beetroot -inspired donuts (pictured) to celebrate its introduction.

Small appliances, including KitchenAid’s Artisan Stand Mixer and its K400 Blender, will be available in Beetroot all year, but the donuts are featured only through Sunday.

As an added bonus, customers who purchase a beetroot donut at Stan’s are eligible to participate in a drawing for a Beetroot mixer.

KitchenAid introduced the first Stand Mixer colors in 1955, in recognition of “the power of color to fuel creativity,” Carley Smith, the company’s senior marketing manager, explains. She adds, “Beetroot…invites adventurous cooks of all skill levels to make every day more vibrant by feeding their insatiable appetite for new experiences in the kitchen and beyond.”
