The Chicago Bears are currently going through a coach and general manager search. George McCaskey had a disaster of a press conference after the season ended. They fired both Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy which was a good start but that is about where the good ends.
Since then, they have started interviewing numerous candidates for both jobs. It is clear that they are both going to get messed up because these guys have no clue what they are doing. Everyone involved has a long history of getting it wrong and it doesn’t feel like much is changing this time around.
