Just desserts for Chicago Cubs and Sox home openers

We’ve waited a long time for the 2020 Baseball Season this year.
But finally, they’re back.
Everything is a little different this year including both the Chicago Cus and the White Sox Home Openers happening on the same day (actually night).
A fun and easy way to celebrate your favorite team or both teams is with the Goddess and Grocer’s Chicago team-themed cake.
The Goddess Home Run Cakes features six layers of red and blue cake with vanilla buttercream for all Northside Cubs fans, or layered black and white cake with vanilla buttercream for South Side Sox fans. Price: $7.00 per slice, $80.00 for a 10” Cake.
Charitable donation: $10 from the sale of every Goddess Home Run Cake will be donated to Chicago’s Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation or the White Sox Charities, both leading the fight against cancer.
OR you can order Baseball Cupcakes – White, chocolate, and red velvet cupcakes, with a variety of frostings, and topped with Cubs or Sox themed designs. Price: $3.95 each minimum order of 12
AND Baseball Cake Pops – team themed cake ball on a stick, dipped in white frosting and decorated in team colors. Price: $3.50 each minimum order of 12
Availability: Goddess Home Run Cakes are available for pre-order now – the end of the season, September 27, 2020.
A limited number of Goddess Home Run cake slices will be available through the playoffs.
How to order
Order your team cake (cupcakes and pops at goddessandgrocer.com or through our catering department at: [email protected] or (773) 292- 7100.
You are probably too late to score a cake for tonight as all cake orders must be placed 48 hours in advance–but you can give it a shot. Or try for the cupcakes or pops.
