Wiley and Beeker are utterly adorable and fun 10-month-old, male purebred Chihuahua puppies looking for a loving guardian together.
Wiley is five pounds and fawnish red with white markings; Beeker is six pounds and is all reddish fawn.
Their human has begun treatment for pancreatic cancer and hasn’t been able to give the boys the care and attention they need, so they were relinquished to Friends of Petraits Rescue.
They are such fun boys who love going on walks, barking happily at new dogs and new people. And, they adore each other. They snuggle together and play together. They do almost everything simultaneously.
They are crate-trained and were neutered yesterday, so that should help with perfecting their housebreaking. They enjoy other dogs once they have an opportunity to meet and greet them.
And, they are fantastic with cats – most are twice their size!
The boys are extremely healthy, de-wormed, neutered, up-to-date on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, microchipped, heartworm-tested negative and on monthly preventative.
To meet and possibly adopt Wiley and Beeker, please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com for an adoption application.
Their adoption fee of $600 as a pair benefits the rescued dogs of Friends of Petraits Rescue. They come complete with leashes, collars, crate, toys, food and bowls.
They are being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
