Posh Spice is a gentle, shy and incredibly sweet, eight-month-year-old, six-pound, green-eyed Tortoiseshell kitten looking for a loving guardian.
This adorable girl showed up in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago with a feral cat’s tipped ear. Yet, she let a family pick her up in their arms; plays with toys and uses a litter box perfectly. She likes to drop her toys in her water bowl and she loves to roll in catnip.
Turns out she was released as part of a feral cat colony in downtown at Franklin and Chestnut and she somehow managed to make it all the way up to Addison and Keeler in the Avondale neighborhood.
So, rather than letting this kitten fend for herself outdoors, she’s been relinquished to Friends of Petraits Rescue to find a loving indoor-only home.
Posh gets along just fine with other gentle-natured cats, but is petrified of dogs.
She is extremely healthy, spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies and distemper.
Her adoption fee of $150 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.
If you’re interested in meeting and possibly adopting this beautiful girl, please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com for an adoption application.
She is currently being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
