A six-bedroom, 10,150-square-foot Richardson Romanesque-style mansion in Lincoln Park sold Wednesday for $4.5 million — just over half what its seller first sought when listing it in 2016.
Built in the 1890s and designed by architect Edmund Krause, the stone mansion on West Deming Place sits on an extra-wide, extra-deep lot that also contains a one-bedroom, 2,100-square-foot coach house.
