You have brains in your head
And a degree on your wall,
but that job was not your call.
You have feet in your shoes
And health in your body
To sickness you did not lose.
You can steer yourself any directions you choose
And sometimes you’re pushed to the wrong side
Yet you hold it together with but a little pride.
You’re on your own and you know what you know
Sometimes a friend seems like a foe
And you’re the one who’ll decide where to go
Make it a high place, never go low.
