Goose Island Beer Co. is offers a new take on tradition with their second annual multi-day Drive-thru Proprietor’s Day(s) & lottery. Once again, Proprietor’s Bourbon County Stout will be distributed by pick-up only. Lottery winners will pick up their allocation without leaving their vehicle.

Lottery Details: This year, the lottery will take place on the Oznr app.The lottery will open at noon (CST) on Tuesday, Oct. 19 and close on Sunday, Oct. 24 at 11:59pm (CST). Winners will be chosen at random and notified via email & push notification, on Oznr, October 27th, 2021 for the opportunity to purchase the pre-set allotment for $130 (http://gooseisland.com/propdays).The Allocation:(2) bottles of 2021 Proprietor’s Bourbon County Stout(1) bottle of 2021 Bourbon County Fourteen Stout(1) bottle of 2021 Bourbon County Cherry Wood Stout (1) Prop Days commemorative snifterBottle Pick-Up (Nov. 20-21): Winners will select a pick-up date and :30 min time slot when claiming the winning ticket. Step 1: Download the Oznr app for iOS or Android.Step 2: Create an Oznr account.Step 3: Filter “Chicago, IL”, then subscribe to Goose Island Beer Co., and you will be sent an app notification when the Prop Days lottery opens on October 19, 2021.Step 4: When the lottery opens on October 19, 2021, at 9:00a, select the random draw and enter before the lottery closes on October 24, 2021, at 11:59p.Step 5: Winners will be notified on October 27, 2021, via email receipt and app notification. If selected, your purchase will go through automatically and you will select a pick-up date (Saturday, November 20, 2021, or Sunday, November 21, 2021) and time (between 8:00a and 6:00p). 

For the second year in a row, Proprietor’s Bourbon County Stout is inspired by a classic frozen treat and brewed again by the mastermind, Emily Kosmal. Proprietor’s Bourbon County Stout is aged in bourbon barrels and blended with luscious strawberries, vanilla and coconut, reminiscent of a classic strawberry ice cream bar. These elements come together to create the indelible flavors of decadent shortcake, layered with vanilla and topped off with the slight fruitiness of strawberries, similar to the ice cream bar’s strawberry core. Emily—who also created the concept for 2016 Proprietor’s and 2020 Proprietor’s—is Goose island’s first brewer to have three Proprietor’s concepts picked for release.
