One side says the vaccine is nearly 100 percent effective. The other side says that it’s 100 percent ineffective.
CNN reports on the 99.99 percent effectiveness of the vaccine here and here. The reporting is praised here as the kind of journalism we need.
In the video below Dr. Dan Stock who says he is specially trained in immunology explains why is doesn’t work.
“Everything recommended by the CDC and NIH are contrary to the rules of science,” he told the Mt. Vernon, Ind. school board. He doesn’t appear to be a quack; you need to listen to his entire six-minute-plus presentation to give him a fair hearing and to (try) to understand the science.
I’m posting these two views to encourage a rational and reasonable discussion of the science. You decide. For me, it reinforces the reality that science always is in flux and rarely “settled.”
