The Cubs are on a four-game winning streak and at 30-20 are in excellent position to take the NL Central. The bullpen was a big factor in two walk-off wins against Cleveland. The big bats are showing signs of life, but still are struggling.
They now wrap up their home schedule with three-games against the Twins. Minnesota (31-21) is headed to the playoffs thanks to a slugging lineup. Nelson Cruz and Josh Donaldson, in particular, lead the homer parade.
The Cubs need to keep focus and wrap things up so they can prepare for the playoffs.
