Last month, our friends Hop Butcher for the World came to brew with us again. We put our creative minds together to develop a recipe that combines Hop Butcher’s expertise in hopping, and our expertise in lagering while exploring uncharted territory for both of our breweries. The result: Champagne Shores.
This beer is an ultra dry, aromatic, and highly effervescent Sparkling Lager. Ultra pale, light bodied, yet packed with a combination of bread-like malt character and fruity hop flavor and aroma. Dry hopped with Polish Puławski and New Zealand Riwaka, this beer is light, refreshing, complex, and quaffable.
We will be packaging this beer in limited quantities of 1.5L magnum bottles accompanied by the appropriate champagne inspired glassware to assist you in your holiday and New Year’s celebrations with friends and family. Presale of these bottles will begin on Monday, November 29th with the beer being released the week of December 20th.
Get ready to raise a toast with Champagne Shores sparkling lager.

Sandy & Erica from Marketplace Creations will guide you step-by-step to create super cute, one-of-a-kind Christmas Gnomes & Ornaments! Make them for you or for a gift! This event includes two gnomes or four gnome ornaments AND one drink ticket from River Hawk.
The cost includes all of the supplies and instructions to create TWO gnomes or FOUR gnome ornaments. This class requires no previous experience but does require knowledge of a hot glue gun.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be able to choose your fabric and beard colors when you arrive for your workshop. Colors may be limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Supplies are pre-purchased based on the number of sign-ups we receive to ensure there’s enough for all participants. Therefore, refunds will not be given. In the event that the participant needs to cancel, you will receive a credit to use at a future event.
